Harley serves as the Director of Finance and Administration for the Yale Center for Natural Carbon Capture. Working closely together with the Center’s Directors he directs, plans, and manages the comprehensive business affairs of the Center, including management and analysis of Center budgets, support for program development, human resources, and regulatory compliance.
In 2016 Harley will celebrate 30 years of total service supporting Yale in a variety of technical support and administrative roles, starting out as a part-time research and development technician in Physics in NSL-West to his current role as LA in Applied Physics in Becton. Harley and his wife, Liz (a member of the Yale Dining Services Staff), live in Hamden with their three now adult children and, their “grand dog”, Emma, a Landseer Newfoundland
